At first I entered only the key, without ID.
But I needed both ID and key.
I contacted the seller with a claim.
He checked everything and confirmed (in 24 hours after my request) that the key with the ID.

Обратился к продавцу с претензией.

Зарегистрировал программу согласно рекомендациям продавца - и всё заработало.
